Honolulu Ice Company specializes in manufacturing “BLOCK ICE” for many of the major Shave Ice Stores on the island of Oahu such as Matsumoto’s Shave Ice, Aoki’s Shave Ice, Shimazu’s Shave Ice, Baldwin’s Shave Ice, Ewa Seeds Store, Kokonut’s, and Uncle Clay’s Shave Ice to name a few.

Originally known as Pure Gold Ice Company, which was started by Joyce Lai in the 90s with over 15 years in the business.  In 2008, HTK HAWAII acquired Pure Gold Ice Company from Joyce and renamed the business to Honolulu Ice Company.
